Job DescriptionOlentangy Schools is seeking qualified candidates for a
School Psychologist position(s) available within Olentangy Schools for the 2026-27 school year. The school psychologist provides psycho-educational assessments, program planning, intervention, and consultation services that promote mental health and facilitate students learning. Encourages parental involvement in decision-making activities. Qualified candidates will be employed through the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO) and must hold or be eligible for valid and appropriate licensure for each position with the Ohio State Department of Education and Workforce.
Employment status:
Certified, 185-day employment contract
Qualifications for the position include:
- Valid State of Ohio school psychologist license or certificate
- Meets all mandated health requirements
- Documentation of a clear criminal record
- Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies
- Ability to access community resources appropriate to the needs of students
- Alternative to the above qualifications as Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate

Keep in mind that the Teacher Candidate Assessment is a timed assessment, so please set aside approximately 45 minutes of uninterrupted time before you begin the process. Once the assessment is started, it must be completed within the designated time frame, and multiple attempts to complete the assessment are not permitted.
