• Valid Ohio teaching license appropriate for assigned grade levels and/or content areas
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective instructional strategies in reading and/or mathematics
• Experience using assessment data to inform instruction
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Experience working with at-risk or struggling learners across multiple grade bands
• Familiarity with progress monitoring tools and MTSS frameworks
• Knowledge of evidence-based intervention practice
