Position: TRAINING INSTRUCTOR - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Duties

Help

  • Conducts training courses. Secures classroom space and provides input for announcement of upcoming classes. Ensures training equipment is operational and supplies are available.
  • Improves and updates education and training materials. In conjunction with Training Specialist and subject matter experts, incumbent participates in the development of programs of instruction and/or new course materials.
  • Reviews training source material. Performs duties associated with developing, revising, maintaining, and/or instructing training courses.
  • Monitors and evaluates student progress in courses. Develops and implements evaluation procedures to ensure effectiveness of training.
