• Security & Prospects: Permanent employment contract, remunerated in line with the IG Metall in‑house collective agreement in a future‑oriented industry
• Development & Expertise: Comprehensive onboarding, regular training and technical courses at the Vestas Academy, including qualification as an electrician (DIN VDE 0105‑100)

• Ensure our wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on‑site servicing and maintenance
• Work as part of a team (at least 2‑3 people) to inspect and repair the rotor blades on wind turbines
• Learn about the complex structure of rotor blades and their various components
• Carry out modification work to improve the performance of our turbines
• Apply practical skills when working with laminating resins and composite materials
• Document work digitally in a simple and efficient way

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, metalworking, mechanical or automotive engineering, building services engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Specialist knowledge of epoxy resins, glass‑fibre and carbon‑fibre
• Ideally, a qualification as a rope access technician according to FISAT or IRATA
• High level of safety awareness, particularly when working with hazardous substances
• Ability to prepare and document technical reports independently
• Willingness to travel within Germany during the week; return home on weekends
• Familiarity with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally experience with SAP
• Driving licence, preferably class C1E
• Very good German and good English skills
