Als technisch begeisterter Baustellenleiter (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Leitung unserer Projekte auf den Baustellen unserer Kunden und bist im Rahmen spannender Bauvorhaben in den Bereichen der Agrar-, Industrie-, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik unterwegs. Dabei bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Kunden und dem Baustellenteam.
- Technische und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Projektabwicklung auf der Baustelle
- Planung und Koordination von Material- und Personalbedarf
- Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Kunden und beteiligten Gewerken
- Kostencontrolling und Fortschrittsbewertung
- Unterstützung bei Angebotserstellung und Nachtragsmanagement
