Die Norddeutsche Gesellschaft für Diakonie mbH sucht zum 01.09.2026 eine Fachkraft für Arbeits- und Berufsförderung in Vollzeit (39 Stunden/Woche) für den Standort „Hallig“. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Sie begleiten junge Menschen mit sozial-emotionalem Assistenzbedarf bei ihrer Integration in die Arbeitswelt. Ihr Aufgaben gebiet umfasst die Planung von Maßnahmen und die Zusammenarbeit mit einem multiprofessionellen Team. Ein Engagement in der Eingliederungshilfe wird vorausgesetzt.
