As a Field Service Engineer / Service Technician in the Soest/Hamm/Paderborn region, you will travel to manufacturing sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet systems and support customers in optimizing their production processes.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet systems integrated into customer production environments.
• Act as a trusted partner, advising and supporting customers on optimization and modernisation of production processes.
• Provide customer support, diagnostics, and service calls across the region.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program covering fundamentals of coding and marking, as well as Videojet’s advanced technologies.
• Build and maintain a strong local network of customers.

• Technical qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Willingness to travel (100% field‑based role). Typically travel during the day and return home in the evening.
• Very good German language skills and a good understanding of English.
• Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn.
• Passion for troubleshooting and solving technical challenges at customer sites.
• Valid driver’s licence.
