The Safety Supervisor will oversee and enforce compliance with safety and health regulations, lead safety and environmental committees, and provide training for KN warehouse associates. They will also investigate incidents, maintain records, conduct safety drills, and develop an Environmental Management System. The candidate must address safety risks, ensure OSHA compliance, conduct safety training, and perform safety assessments and audits. How you create impact

• Ensure compliance with KN US Safety & Health Manual, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO 14001).
• Lead and maintain Safety & Environmental committees, EMS programs, and continuous system improvements.
• Deliver and track all required safety and EMS training, including new hire, refresher, and certification programs.
• Conduct inspections, audits, drills, and risk assessments; proactively identify and resolve safety hazards.
• Investigate, document, and report incidents, injuries, and near misses; maintain OSHA and QSHE records, training matrices, and reporting.
• Support branch performance through reporting, stop card program management, environmental initiatives, and ongoing compliance documentation.

What we would like you to bring

• High School or Technical school diploma requiredv
• Master's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in Health & Safety preferably in a manufacturing, distribution warehouse setting
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong motivational skills.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop effective relationships and provide leadership.
