An unseren Logistik-Standort in Meerane suchen wir dich ab sofort als kaufmännische Allroundkraft (w/m/d) für unser neues Kundenprojekt. Zusammen mit deinen Kollegen stellst du das Tagesgeschäft sicher und sorgst dafür, die Qualität der administrativen Prozesse sowie der Kundenbetreuung kontinuiri sch steigern.
- Als kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (w/m/d) hast du verschiedene administrative Tätigkeiten stets im Blick.
- Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben zählt das Buchen im Warenwirtschaftssystem per PC und Scanner.
- Dabei kümmerst du dich außerdem um das dazugehörige Vorbereiten, Drucken und Verteilen von versandrelevanten Dokumenten, wie Label und Lieferscheine.
- Darüber hinaus stehst du regelmäßig in Kontakt mit dem Kunden und tauschst dich v.a. per E‑Mail zu aktuell relevanten Aufträgen aus.
- Nicht zuletzt hilfst du bei Bedarf in anderen, teilweise operativen, Bereichen des Projektes aus.
