Job Title

In the context of a gradual retirement, we are looking for a technical advisor for our Wood Division based in Loroux Bottereau.

Attached to the Head of the Wood Division, and in collaboration with the team, you will accompany and advise our members in their choices and needs.

The duties of the position will be as follows:

• Advise and support members in their construction projects, interior and exterior renovation as well as their needs in wood products.
• Analyze the needs of craftsmen in order to propose the most suitable technical and economic solutions.
• Provide expertise on product characteristics, uses, implementation constraints and associated regulations.
• Carry out estimates and cost estimates by integrating commercial conditions, deadlines and technical specifics of projects.
• Ensure the follow-up of requests, orders and guarantee the reliability of the information transmitted to members.
• Develop and promote the local wood offer to members and partners.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure supplies and identify the most suitable solutions to the needs of craftsmen.
• Participate in the evolution of the wood division offer and contribute to the development projects of the cooperative.

Skills:

• Master office tools, especially Excel, and commercial management tools
• Have a good knowledge of wood products and their technical environment
• Knowledge of wood construction solutions, interior and exterior renovation
• Knowledge of local woods would be a real asset
