- Security & Prospects: Permanent employment contract, remunerated in line with the IG Metall in-house collective agreement in a future-oriented industry
- Development & Expertise: Comprehensive onboarding, regular training and technical courses at the Vestas Academy, including qualification as an electrician (DIN VDE )
- Equipment & Working Environment: High-quality equipment and independent work with state-of-the-art wind energy technology and innovative solutions
