• Partner with field staff to develop and implement technical field guides.
• Train employees and serve as the subject‑matter expert for technical issues.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
• Maintain detail orientation and strong organizational skills while supporting a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
• Travel nationwide to support training and field operations.

• Previous lineman experience or 5+ years of experience in technical training or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Graduate of the NTI program preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel nationwide.
