What You’ll Do:- Lead and oversee site/civil engineering for a variety of projects, from concept through completion
- Drive business development and build client relationships
- Integrate geotechnical and environmental solutions into land development projects
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience in land development
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Strong leadership, client management, and business development skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred
