* Development of a forward-looking
** line and production concept (line balancing)
*** Close
** collaboration with engineering**, including design consulting and implementation of design changes
* Design and implementation of
** innovative tooling and manufacturing concepts**
* ** Review and approval of technical documentation
** in accordance with engineering standards
* Preparation of
** manufacturing engineering data, creation of SAP master data and Standard Operating Instructions (SOI)
*** Execution of
** cost calculations and actual-vs-target comparisons**
* ** Technical support for production areas
** and processing of quality notifications
* Participation in
** work preparation projects
** and
** PFMEA to define inspection requirements**## Qualifications
* Completed vocational training as an electrician or industrial mechanic with further qualification as a technician or certified specialist, or alternatively a completed degree in electrical engineering
* Extensive professional experience in manufacturing / production and several years of experience in work preparation, as well as solid REFA knowledge
* Completed qualification in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement)
* Ideally, experience working with 3D CAD systems, preferably CATIA V5, and knowledge in design and development
* Good knowledge of SAP R3 and confident handling of MS Office tools
* Very good command of German (min. C1) and good English skills (min. B2)
