Position: Technical Employee – Plant Operation & Packaging (m/f/d | Full-time)

** Ihre Rolle
*** During the series production phase, work will generally be carried out during the early shift (Monday to Friday, working hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). From January 1, 2026, there will be two shifts (alternating early and late shifts) with three employees per shift.
* Loading the assembly line with semi-finished parts
* Operation of a fully automatic packaging system and manual final packaging
* Carrying out routine setup processes
* Independent troubleshooting of minor malfunctions

Please note:

The humidity in this clean room is very low. This is not harmful to health, but may be uncomfortable for employees who are prone to dry skin or dry eyes.

* Relevant professional experience in assembly or packaging desirable
* Good technical understanding
* High willingness to learn
* Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
