As Project Coordinator (m/f/d) At Sonnenexpert, you will assume a key liaison role between management and our construction teams. You will coordinate our PV and energy system projects from an organizational and administrative perspective, ensuring smooth processes and guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and quality standards. You will maintain a constant overview of project progress, support resource planning, and foster transparent communication among all stakeholders.

They take on the role of Project Coordinator (m/f/d) You will provide operational support for our projects and ensure a structured, smooth workflow in day-to-day operations. This includes coordinating schedules and processes for our photovoltaic projects, following up on outstanding issues, and ensuring transparent communication and complete project documentation.

• Coordination and management of photovoltaic and energy system projects in day-to-day operations
• Interface between management and construction departments
• Scheduling and tracking of project milestones
• Supporting the construction management team with organizational and administrative tasks
• Monitoring of project progress, open issues, and resource planning
• Creation, maintenance and monitoring of project plans and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and budget requirements.
• Support in creating reports and project status overviews
• Participation in process optimization and continuous improvement of project workflows

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in project management or in the construction, electrical or solar sectors
• Experience in project coordination or construction projects, ideally in photovoltaics, energy or building technology.
• Confident handling of technical systems, project management tools and MS Office
• Strong structured work style, organizational talent and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts.
• Ability to coordinate complex processes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-initiative, solution-oriented thinking and a hands-on mentality
