This person helps the factory robots work properly when building cars. They check if robots can reach parts, weld correctly, and finish work on time. They also study problems and help fix them before new car models start production.
- 3–5 years’ experience as Robotics Engineer
- Execute plant investigation and feasibility studies
- Interference & clearance analysis
- Cycle time optimization
- Problem tracking and solution generation
- Write equipment, robot, and process specifications
- Conduct robot reach studies and simulation for weld, sealing, and handling processes
- Knowledge of weld, paint, and final assembly processes
- Support new car model introduction and production ramp-up
- Software:
DELMIA V5 (Must), 3DX beneficial
