• You will manage and lead the quality management department and be responsible for the strategic development of quality management (ISO
  9001, EN9100, EN ISO 14001 and TISAX) in close coordination with the corporate strategy
• The conception, planning and implementation of product and process audits at the site as well as together with the purchasing department at external suppliers and service providers are just as much a part of your tasks as the analysis and support in eliminating the identified weaknesses
• You will lead quality management projects for the continuous improvement of quality performance and processes
• You create key figures and reports to monitor product quality and coordinate complaint management and action tracking
• You are the link between the customer and Mehler Protection and are the contact person for all quality issues

• You have a degree in quality management, engineering or a comparable qualification
• You are a strong implementer with a hands‑on mentality who can bring about change through strong communication skills and analytical ability
• You have several years of management experience, a flexible, solution-oriented mindset and relevant professional experience, and you are also proficient in the use of relevant quality methods and tools (PPAP/PPF, DIN 2303, FMEA 8D, 5-Why)
• Experience in the development, management and coordination of projects or areas of responsibility as well as an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working round off your profile
• You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel internationally
• Willingness to participate in internal training courses on information security is expected. Basic knowledge of information security is an advantage
