****Über die Position
** Als Planning & Fulfillment Manager gestalten Sie aktiv die Weiterentwicklung unserer  Disposition, Einkauf, Logistik und Auftragsabwicklung Organisation. Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Planung und operative Umsetzung von Geschäftsabläufen und treiben den Aufbau effizienter Strukturen sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Prozesse voran.

*** Führung, weiterer Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Teams in Disposition, Einkauf, Logistik und Auftragsabwicklung
* Aufbau und Ausbau organisatorischer Strukturen zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe
* Implementierung einer zielgerichteten Material und Logistikstrategie
* Ausbau und Verantwortung für Standortplanungsprozesse:
Bedarfsplanung, Vertriebs- und Betriebsplanung, Gesamtplanung, Terminierung und Materialplanung
* Optimierung der Bestandsführung und der Beschaffungsprozesse für Rohstoffe, WIP, Fertigerzeugnisse und Vertragsvermögen
* Analyse und Verbesserung von Durchlaufzeiten und Liefertermintreue
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb und Projektmanagement
* Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und Planungstools zur Prozessoptimierung
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von HSE-Vorgaben (Health, Safety, Environment)
** Das bringen Sie mit
*** Senior Manager mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in Materialsteuerung, Produktionsplanung und Logistik, davon mindestens 7 Jahre in Führungsfunktion
* Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationseinheiten
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Supply Chain Management, Disposition, Bestands- und Lagerverwaltung sowie operativen Betriebsprozessen
* Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
* Erfahrung mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen sowie Planungs-Tools
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
* Ausgeprägte Hands-On Mentalität mit starken Umsetzungsfokus
* Kenntnisse in HSE-Richtlinien und deren Umsetzung
