Research and Development Engineer Process Engineering; m​/f​/d

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the new and further development of machines and systems in food processing for mill construction
• Optimization of machine designs with regard to manufacturing costs
• Responsibility for implementing innovative technologies in production processes
• Increasing efficiency and quality through continuous optimization of our processes
• Project management of the interdisciplinary team
• Analysis of technical problems to improve plant availability
• Support of projects worldwide and occasional start‑ups and process optimizations on site

• Master or diploma in process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity (e.g. as a mechanical engineer (m/f/d) or as a process engineering engineer (m/f/d))
• Interests in practical as well as scientific work
• Very good German and English skills with, ideally supplemented by, another foreign language
• Ability to work in a team, an analytical mindset and a systematic way of working
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
