Responsibilities
- Projektplanung &
-terminierung – Erstellen und Verwalten von Projektzeitplänen, abgestimmt an den definierten Meilensteinen. - Ressourcenplanung – Zuweisen und Administrieren von Projektaufgaben sowie Kontrolle der Ressourcenauslastung.
- Kostenmanagement – Erfassen der Ausgaben und Aufbereiten von Kosten‑Reports für das Management.
- Risikomanagement – Identifizieren, Bewerten und Minimieren von Projektrisiken, um deren Auswirkungen zu reduzieren.
- Qualitätsmanagement – Sicherstellen, dass alle Qualitätsstandards und Spezifikationen eingehalten werden – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsingenieur.
- Kommunikation & Kundenmanagement – Koordinieren und Kommunizieren mit Teammitgliedern, Kunden und Lieferanten.
- Projektüberwachung &
-steuerung – Überwachen des Projektfortschritts (inkl. Reporte und Protokolle), Erkennen von Abweichungen und Einleiten von Korrekturmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit dem Team.
