- Carrying out repair and maintenance work
- Integration and commissioning of systems
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on systems and machines
- Assistance with technical customer support
- Telephone support
- Training as a mechanic / mechatronics engineer or electrician
- Knowledge of PLCs, ideally Beckhoff and/or Siemens, is an advantage
- Experience in field service
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Systematic, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of flexibility and independence
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of team orientation
- Good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel
- Class B driver’s license
