- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditions- und Logistikkaufmann/-frau
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung
- Kommunikatives Geschick und Lösungsorientierung
- Englischkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Du wickelst selbstständig Versandaufträge ab und erstellst sämtliche Versand- und Frachtdokumente
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Warenverkehr sicher und kommunizierst mit Vertrieb, Kunden und Transportdienstleistern
- Du pflegst export- und zollrelevante Stammdaten
- Du kontrollierst Liefer- und Frachtpapieresowie eingehende Rechnungen
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige Reklamationsabwicklung und stehst dabei im engen Austausch mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen
