** Spare Parts Coordinator
** based in
** Werther, Germany**, to support customers across West Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg).If you enjoy structured work, customer interaction, and being the person who ensures everything runs smoothly, this role could be a great fit for you.## ## Your Role As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you are a key contact for our customers and an essential link between sales, service, and supply chain.

Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational reliability.## ## What You Will Do
* Act as the primary point of contact for spare parts inquiries from customers in West Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg)
* Review customer requests, identify the correct spare parts, and prepare accurate quotations
* Create and manage spare parts orders in our ERP system
* Proactively follow up on open orders and coordinate with Field Service, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Logistics
* Take ownership when issues arise, prioritize effectively, and act with urgency to meet delivery commitments
* Work with multiple administrative systems while ensuring high data quality and clear documentation
* Collaborate closely within an international spare parts team, providing back-up support to other regions during vacation periods
* Gradually build technical knowledge of food processing machines and technology to support customers efficiently## ## Who You Are
* Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts coordination, order management, customer service, or supply chain administration
* Experience in a technical or industrial environment is preferred
* Fluent in German (spoken and written)
* Very strong English skills, spoken and written
* Highly service minded, customer focused, and solution oriented
* Strong administrative skills and confidence working in multiple systems simultaneously
* A reliable team player with excellent communication skills
* Able to manage priorities and respond calmly under time pressure
