Job Description:
(1) Assist Project Manger / Project Director on the project execution of Water and Wastewater Treatment Project.
(2) Review of customers specification, commercial/ technical documents, Product requirement for projects.
(3) Prepare drawing package, Equipment submittal, testing specification and other
Engineering documents.
(4) Ability todevelop a project plan, execution plan and look ahead plan.
(5) Ability to identify project risk and associated liabilities and understand how to mitigate the risk and liabilities.
(6) Evaluate vendors proposal as per the project specifications.
(7) Monitor and expedite vendor progress as per the schedule.
(8) Track and monitor project as per the project schedule and budget.
(9) Engage project team on daily basis to discuss on progress and provide guidance.
(10) Facilitate job interfacing with various disciplines, procurement, and construction group.
(11) Conduct contract reviews,risk analysis and contingency plan.
(12) Prepare project policy for quality and safety.
(13) Initiate kick-off meeting with clients and internal disciplines.
(14) Prepare overall budget costplan and analysis.
(15) Monitor and analyse project operation and schedule.
(16) Coordinate EPC cost estimation.
(17) Represent the company toclient.
(18) Control project documents and design changes.
(19) Prepare project specifications and systems or processes for the execution of project
(20) Assist in Site Installation and Testing & Commissioning.
Qualifications:
(1)
Bachelor’sDegree in mechanical engineering / Environmental/chemical/biological
(2)
Prefer tohave 3 years experience as Project Engineer for Water, Wastewater treatment plant or EPC project (MEP).
(3)
Proficient in MS Office , MS Project and AutoCAD.
(4)
Have to be Team player and strong Organization, coordinate, Planning and Interface skills.
(5)
Able to adapt to tight Deadlines and frequent changes on priorities.
