Location: Germany
Onsemi is looking for a passionate Power Module Design Member of Technical Staff to join its Power Solutions Group design team. In this role, you will technically own and lead the design and development of SiC power modules, ensuring high reliability and cost competitiveness. The position requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, along with over 12 years of experience in power semiconductors.
Proficiency in ECAD tools like PSpice and MCAD tools like Solidworks is essential. The successful applicant will work out of our offices in Munich, Scottsdale or San Jose.
