As an Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of stores implementation projects at new and existing client’s sites, as well as leveraging learning into continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work closely with the CI, Compliance, Transformation and Client Relationship teams.

You will work collaboratively with all relevant departments to ensure processes and data capturing is robust enough to effectively deliver and execute all implementation projects.

What you will be doing:

• Cataloguing & Verification of client Inventory
• Enriching Inventory data quality for both RS Integrated Supply & Client systems.
• Organisation of client stores to RS Integrated Supply Brand standards
• Organisation of client stores to support efficient day to day process for both Client & RS Integrated Supply stores personnel.
• Delivery of stores implementations to RS Integrated Supply Gold OpEx standard
• Delivery of relevant KPI’s / SLA’s
• Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed timescales.
• Communication with your line manager & key stakeholders to ensure aligned understanding and agreed programme of activity.

What do I need to be successful?

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

• Excellent client facing and attention to detail skills.
• Good working knowledge of stores and inventory management.
• Good engineering product knowledge.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
• Previous experience within an Engineering stores environment would be advantageous.
• Full Driving license.
