Job Description

• Lead antenna design from concept through production, including patch, dipole, array, helical, and custom solutions
• Run advanced electromagnetic simulations and optimization using HFSS to drive performance and reliability
• Own prototype testing and validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers
• Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are robust, practical, and ready to build
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance and integration issues through structured root-cause analysis
• Mentor junior engineers, providing hands-on guidance in simulation, testing, and design reviews
• Track emerging antenna technologies and materials, and apply them to new and existing products
• Produce clear technical documentation, design reports, and customer-facing presentations

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in antenna of RF system design, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment OR 5+ years experience in electronic design
• Minimum 1-2 years of soldering experience required.
