Role Summary
Senior CAD / PLM Specialist to support automotive OEM engineering operations onsite in Ohio. The role requires strong expertise in CATIA V5, 3
DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, and CAD automation, with hands-on experience in automotive product development, CAD support, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for CATIA V5 and 3
DEXPERIENCE - Act as SME for automotive CAD and drawing release processes (Honda standards preferred)
- Troubleshoot complex CAD/PLM issues and ensure stable operations
- Design and implement CAD automation using KBE / KWA / KWE
- Develop and maintain CAD templates and reusable assets
- Support new product development for automotive interior, exterior, seating, and tire components
- Perform kinematics and packaging analysis
- Support CATIA Manufacturing (V4/V5) and NC code development
- Collaborate with onsite customer teams and offshore delivery teams
- CATIA V4 / V5 / V6

DEXPERIENCE Platform - ENOVIA V6, Smar Team, Teamcenter
- KBE / KWA / KWE
- CAD automation and performance optimization
- Kinematics and packaging
- Automotive OEM / Tier 1
- Tire Technology
- Aerospace
- 10+ years in CAD / PLM support and engineering roles
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite engagement model
