Responsibilities
- Make market survey in Europe to get tire development trend and customer needs;
- Follow up testing results and make feedback;
- Cooperate with tire design department in product development with compound improvement proposal;
- Communicate with raw material suppliers on technical exchange, trial testing and trial cooperation;
- Make compound development based on markets and company’s requirement.
- Over 10 years’ compounding development experience for PCR;
- Rich experience with raw material quality management and tyre quality analysis;
- Familiar with tyre production process;
- English communication.
