Credence has an immediate opening for an experienced Program Management Support Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/EN-EZ at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
The Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN-EZ) has the collective AFMC mission responsibility for preeminent engineering expertise to acquire and support war-winning capabilities. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/EN-EZ, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.
AFLCMC/EN-EZ is headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) OH with major units located at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) FL, and Hanscom AFB, (HAFB) MA, as well as additional locations across the United States (US).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Fully competent in all aspects of applicable project management disciplines, and should be capable of evaluating, selecting, and modifying standard techniques, procedures, or criteria.
- Capable of identifying problems and recommending solutions with little or no supervision.
- Recommend new approaches for resolution of problems encountered.
- Access financial and proprietary information, information affected by the Privacy Act of 1974, and information used for competitive solicitations requiring the Contractor to sign an NDA. See Section 6.1.
- Assist the AWO in the daily administration of their assessment processes including direct interface with other organizations, internal and external to the USAF.
- Provide support by recording meeting minutes and independently developing briefing slides, charts and schedules.
- Work with the AWO to review airworthiness assessment project planning and prepare recommended responses.
- Develop documented schedule estimate recommendations for application to the airworthiness assessment process.
- Independently analyze and review correspondence and draft documents and provide recommended responses. Upon receipt of inputs, the Contractor shall develop draft documents prior to signature by the USAF. The evaluations will include but not be limited to analyzing the scope of assessments, aligning airworthiness project tracker inputs, including any material and man-hour expenditures, and any recommended changes to related support contracts.
- Provide recommendations as to appropriate courses of action to be taken during discussions on labor requirements.
- Assist the AWO in preparations for any additional support contracts put in place for conduct of airworthiness assessments (not including A&AS contracts or TOs).
- Prepare and assist the AWO to coordinate documents for approval and signature by the USAF Technical Airworthiness Authority.
- Assist the AWO with development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for all tasks under specific assessment projects. The IMS shall include key dates for closeout actions of current tasks, development of follow-on activities, as well as future planning efforts for new assessment activities. The IMS shall integrate current AWO project tracker timelines.
- Assist the AWO in monitoring project efforts to ensure all stakeholders are in coordination with deliverable timelines.
- Coordinate with the AWO financial advisor/manager to track any unique project expenditures and assist in the development and management of spend plans and IGCEs, if required.
