DeineAufgaben
- Bestellvorgänge und Lieferterminüberwachung
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Lieferanten
- Anfragen und Angebotsauswertungen
- Vorbereiten von Ausschreibungen
- Prüfen von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinkontrolle
- Stammdatenpflege (Lieferanten, Artikel)
- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.b. als Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel, Kaufmann/-frau für Bürokommunikation/Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau o.ä.
- erste Erfahrung im Einkauf wünschenswert
- du bist organisiert, verantwortungsbewusst und arbeitest strukturiert
- du hast ein kommunikatives, freundliches Wesen und den Blick fürs Detail
- ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima und Spaß bei der Arbeit
