To strengthen our on-site team in Niederrhein, we are currently seeking dedicated customer service representatives for our field sales team (m/f/d)Your area of responsibility:
- New customer acquisition
- Planning the dates of visits
- Inspection of customer systems
- Product / service consulting
- Quotation and order tracking
- Collaboration in the planning of service assignments and projects
- Supervision of service assignments and projects
- Market observation and analysis

Your profile:
- Completed commercial / technical / service-oriented training
- Professional experience in a comparable position
- Technical and commercial understanding
- Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of ERP systems
- Quick comprehension and show initiative
- Open-minded and team-oriented nature, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer affinity and a high degree of customer orientation
- Confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems and other software in the context of digitization
