We are looking for an experienced CAE Engineer specializing in thermal and fluid dynamics simulation for automotive applications. The candidate will work on vehicle-level CAE modelling, calibration, validation, and analysis to support advanced vehicle development programs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform 1D and 3D thermal and fluid dynamics simulations for automotive systems.
- Develop and validate vehicle-level CAE models for HVAC, cabin comfort, and full vehicle systems.
- Conduct simulation analysis using GT Suite, Siemens Amesim, Star CCM+, OpenFOAM, and Fluent.
- Support model calibration, validation, and optimization activities.
- Develop custom CAE methodologies to improve simulation accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze simulation results and provide engineering recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development.
- Prepare technical reports and present simulation findings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a CAE Analyst in automotive applications.
- Strong experience in 1D and 3D simulation tools.
- Experience in HVAC, cabin comfort, and full vehicle thermal analysis preferred.
- Knowledge of custom CAE method development is preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
