- Freude an körperlicher Tätigkeiten und nötiges Fingerspitzengefühl für Glasprodukte
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Werteorientierte Team- und Familienkultur
- Individuelle Weiterbildung und
-entwicklung in SEMCO-Lernwerkstatt - Maßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung, u. a. Bike-Leasing
