Location: Kings Mills
Teaching Position in Civil and Construction Engineering Technology
Teach undergraduate courses in civil and construction engineering technology. Develop and update curriculum in collaboration with local and regional industry partners to ensure alignment with current workforce needs. Implement effective teaching practices with a strong commitment to student success, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse learners. This role spans both civil and construction engineering disciplines, professional experience in both areas is essential.
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.

Work Schedule:
Typically, Monday through Friday. Teaching assignments may be remote or at various locations.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least a bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, or an equivalent related field or an associate degree in one of the above fields with three or more years of relevant US industrial experience. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
A master's degree in civil, Environmental, or Construction Engineering, or a closely related field.
Physical Requirements:
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor physical demands strength ratings, this position will perform sedentary work.
