Job Environment:
Within the Industry division, reporting to the industrial transfers manager, you will manage one or more industrial transfers by deploying the Group's methodology and process. Your technical skills and business partner qualities will allow you to coordinate all activities of the support professions, including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, tooling...
As an interface with the client, your communication and leadership skills will allow you to interface with different experts, project managers...
In this context, your missions are as follows:
- Manage the industrial transfer projects with the Group's tools
- Lead the multi-disciplinary team organized around the transfer projects
- Manage the follow-up and revision of the schedule and/or budget if necessary
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities
- Organize the reviews and routines necessary for the realization of the key deliverables of the project in compliance with quality, cost, and time constraints
- Ensure the milestones of the project(s) are met
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the clients associated with the transfers
- Frame the new projects (strategy, risks, schedule, budget, qualification plan, etc.)
- Set up the structure (team/milestones/deliverables) associated with new projects
- Ensure the expected internal and client reportings
- Alert, intervene, and correct in case of deviation of critical deliverables
- Perform the experience feedback of the projects.
Technical experience (ME/quality) is desirable.
You are comfortable in English to communicate with the client and some internal teams.
You are recognized for your communication skills, and for your ability to federate cross-functional teams and have good project management skills.
Knowledge of SAP, good mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
Occasional travel is expected.
The position is based in Tarbes.
