Technical Equipment Maintenance Technician

The Technical Equipment Maintenance Technician will be located in Guadalajara Norte.

Here are some examples of the activities you will be performing:

• Taking profiles
• Diagnosing electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults in manufacturing equipment.
• Attending line stops efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Supporting the Maintenance Engineer in:
• Installation and validation of new equipment.
• Engineering changes and process improvements.
• Interpreting technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and schematics.
• Validating the correct operation of the equipment after maintenance.
• Compliance with safety, ESD, quality, and 5S standards.
• Propose improvements to reduce repetitive faults and increase equipment efficiency.

Essential skills for the role:

• Technical career or preparatory in electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics or related
• Knowledge of industrial and power electronics (basic/intermediate).
• Interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams.
• Maintenance management of automated equipment.
• Dominance of sensors, actuators, relays, and motors.
• Use of measurement instruments (multimeter, clamp ammeter).
• Knowledge of basic pneumatics.
• Familiarity with ESD and industrial safety standards.
• Availability of schedule.
