Senior Cad / Plm Specialist – Automotive

Senior Cad / Plm Specialist to support automotive OEM engineering operations onsite in Ohio. The role requires strong expertise in CATIA V5, 3

DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, and CAD automation, with hands-on experience in automotive product development, CAD support, and performance optimization.

• Provide expert support for CATIA V5 and 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE
• Act as SME for automotive CAD and drawing release processes (Honda standards preferred)
• Troubleshoot complex CAD/PLM issues and ensure stable operations
• Design and implement CAD automation using KBE / KWA / KWE
• Develop and maintain CAD templates and reusable assets
• Support new product development for automotive interior, exterior, seating, and tire components
• Perform kinematics and packaging analysis
• Support CATIA Manufacturing (V4/V5) and NC code development
• Collaborate with onsite customer teams and offshore delivery teams

• 10+ years in CAD / PLM support and engineering roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to work independently in an onsite engagement model
