• Active participation in firefighting, technical assistance, hazardous material defense, and first aid measures
• Support in daily fire department operations, including shift duty, emergency preparation, documentation, and communication with other operational units
• Taking on tasks in specialized areas such as breathing apparatus workshop or vehicle technology
• Participation in regular exercises, training, and briefings to continuously expand personal and tactical operational skills
• Responsibility for the maintenance, inspection, and readiness of personal protective equipment (PPE), firefighting equipment, and emergency vehicles and stationary facilities
• Contribution to fire protection inspections, hazard analyses, and preventive measures to increase safety in the operation
• Close cooperation with colleagues from the plant fire brigade and other departments to ensure smooth operations in emergency and standby services

• Passed career examination of the first or second career group or equivalent
• Unrestricted fire service eligibility according to G26.3
• Willingness to work in a 24-hour service
• High level of readiness for action
• Cooperative working style and team spirit
• Interest in refinery technology
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Fluent German and basic English language skills
