Project Engineer, Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Project execution of current Processing, Packaging, Building, and Utility projects.
• Work with Engineering Manager to align on project priorities.
• Work with CAPEX analyst to manage the capital forecast and budget for each project.
• Create, design and evaluate initial call for tender documents with the Engineering Manager.
• Work with Regional Engineering teams during bidding processes and technical alignment.
• Work with the CAPEX procurement team to align on priorities and contract negotiations.
• Travel occasionally for training or plant projects.

• Experience and working knowledge in:
  Integrated automation and controls technology.
• Process engineering and PMO, 3A standards.
• Manufacturing plant utility systems.
• Must be organized and self‑disciplined to manage concurrent projects.
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shifts during installation/startup periods.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant degree from an accredited college or university.
