Design Engineer
- Level 2 to support the design and development of components and systems.

Responsibilities:

• This role includes all Level 1 responsibilities, with added ownership of complex designs, analysis, and support through prototype and production.
• Design and develop components, parts, and systems from concept to production
• Perform design feasibility studies, cost analysis, strength calculations, and material selection
• Create and maintain 3D models and layouts in CATIA V5 (required); V6 preferred Execute hose and pipe routing and harness/cable routing
• Prepare, check, and release 2D and 3D drawings Apply GD&T to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability
• Support prototype builds, testing, and manufacturing launch Verify designs meet quality, cost, performance, and regulatory requirements
• Recommend design improvements to support testing and mass production
• Coordinate with manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• Required Experience 6+ years of engineering design experience
• Experience in concept development, specification setting, and layout creation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Required Skills CATIA V5 (must), V6 (preferred) 2D & 3D drawing creation and release GD&T Hose, pipe, harness, and cable routing
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and part construction
• Nice to Have Experience mentoring junior engineers Familiarity with PLM and engineering change processes

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
