Sie berichten über Serviceberichte, unterstützen Kunden vor Ort und teilen Fachwissen mit Kollegen. Reisebereitschaft ca. 70 % gehört dazu. Eine technische Ausbildung ist Voraussetzung, Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
