Job Responsibilities- Develop and perform process reviews.
- Review production problems and help identify a solution.
- Develop, implement, and update documentation.
- Review or modify CAD drawings.
- Work closely with production employees to gather data.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills required.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees.
- Must have own means of reliable communication.
- Must be able to work onsite in a Mfg. Plant located in either New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio.
