Position: 07/09/2026 Architekt/Ingenieur/Bautechniker (m/w/d)
Location: Germany

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and monitoring of building construction projects of the association municipality, in particular coordination with commissioned architects, engineers and specialist planners.
  • Client function.
  • Checking planning documents and ensuring compliance with quality, deadline and cost requirements.
  • Technical management / monitoring of coordination with funding providers and specialist authorities.
  • Support with tenders and the awarding of construction contracts.
  • Supervision of the construction work with regard to the applicable building and technical regulations.
  • Audit of architects' and engineers' invoices in accordance with the Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).
  • Regular reporting on project progress and advice on urban planning and infrastructure issues.
  • Contact for authorities, clients and other project participants.
Profile
  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable course of study or state-certified technician specializing in civil engineering.
  • Relevant professional experience in construction supervision.
  • Ideally experience in the public sector.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and standards (e.g., HOAI, VOB, BauO).
  • Experience in auditing fee statements and a good understanding of HOAI.
  • Experience with CAD and calculation programs.
  • Communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident demeanor.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Affinity for sustainable construction and interest in the development of public infrastructure.
