Vorausgesetzt werden ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, idealerweise Schiffbau-Erfahrung, sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Projekte (pro Alpha) runden das Profil ab.
