General qualifications:
- With PRC License
- With mid-rise to high-rise building experience and hard working
- Must have a knowledge in Autocad and Plotter Printing
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With experience in Quantity Surveying
- Knowledgeable in Aircon / Air Duct Systems and Fire Protection Works
- Experience in construction or MEPF projects is an advantage
- Preferably licensed engineer
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- Preferably licensed engineer
- With experience in construction projects and site supervision
- Construction management experience is an advantage
- Can read plans and coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers
- Willing to do site work
