Advanced Industrial Engineer - ASRS Automated Material Flow Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, material flow, or process optimization.
• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and experience leading cross‑functional projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), robotics, automation, or manufacturing logistics (preferred).
• Experience with simulation and digital manufacturing tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement (preferred).
• Experience supporting equipment launches and production startup activities (preferred).
