• Lead and manage annual OPEX budgeting for offshore wind farm projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational requirements.
• Own and enhance OPEX modelling tools and frameworks
  , including planning, forecasting, and cost analysis capabilities.
• Model operational logistics and technical performance (e.g. via Shoreline) to support availability assumptions and efficient O&M execution.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise OPEX performance
  , identifying cost‑saving opportunities and driving efficiency across the portfolio.
• Provide robust cost assumptions and inputs to support new project development and ensure consistency across global markets.
• Partner cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with engineering, procurement, and project teams and senior stakeholders on budgets, risks, and key cost drivers.

• Relevant academic background in engineering, renewable energy, finance, project management, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in OPEX planning or financial modelling
  , ideally within renewable energy; offshore wind exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of O&M delivery and OPEX cost planning
  , including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Solid analytical and commercial mindset within asset‑intensive or infrastructure‑driven environments.
• Desirable technical knowledge of offshore wind systems
  , including electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
