Control Engineer (Power Electronics):
Designing, analyzing, and validating advanced control systems for power electronics and power systems with an accent on robust control algorithm development and detailed stability/bandwidth analyses. Focus on developing mathematical models, simulating control systems, and ensuring stable operation under varying conditions.

What you will do- Develop control algorithms for power electronics converters and power systems.
- Analyze system dynamics, stability regions, and bandwidth limitations using classical and modern control techniques.
- Design robust control strategies and develop mathematical models of power electronic systems.
- Conduct small-signal and large-signal analyses and tune controllers using various methods.
- Simulate and validate control system performance through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, or experimental measurements.
- Collaborate with power electronics, firmware, and systems engineers to implement integrated controls on digital platforms.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Previous professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in control algorithms for power systems and power electronics.
- Proven ability to analyze stability margins, bandwidth, and robustness of controlled systems.
- Hands‑on experience with control simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
.
- Familiarity with implementation of control algorithms on digital platforms (microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs).
- Good understanding of real‑time control constraints and sampling effects.
- German language skills.
